Following the marking of the Royal Academy of Dance of London-RAD's centenary, I'm very glad to feature in their voices from the past. The artist will completely transform the gallery space by creating an installation with a strong emotional impact.
In this performance Romina De Novellis proposes a reflection where eco-feminism becomes the key to read care, as a vision for life and as respect for the body of humans and animals both in life and in death. It is an invitation to think about ecofeminism as a key to get out of our current productivist and consumerist logic.
From Saturday 17 October 2020, a curfew and a lockdown have been imposed in France . The party is over, the curtains come down, our lives are reduced to the rhythm of "commute, work, sleep". Culture is once again among the sectors most heavily impacted by these decisions which seem to be inevitable. We are following up on the #chezmaddalena project that took place during the first confinement. This time it is the whole DOMUS team that actively participates in the projections and in the creation of the participatory performance of the resistance: every evening at 9.30 pm we will read you a little bedtime story before going to sleep. This reading moment will, once again, be projected on the walls of Paris and other cities.

A participatory video installation during confinement. Every night at 9:30pm, there is a wall screening on the building opposite 179 Rue Saint-Maur 75010 Paris from Maddalena Bordin De Novellis' room (my daughter). At the end of the confinement, it will become a feature film about isolation, a collective work in the neighbors' wall. Curators, artists, researchers, scientists, intellectuals and poets are contributing to the idea of showcasing a snippet of their creations and their research through the window. Art, culture and education locked at home and so they have to come out through the window. Art cannot and must not be reduced to a virtual exercise, to a link on social media. Art must continue to be tangible, it must continue to project itself into the future and into the common space.
